Wensha Spa Pasay Experience

When stress get into you... the first thing that comes into our mind is to relax.True. Some of us goes out of town trips, mountain climbing or mall hopping.
This time, my friend Jo, and I, tried a new way to relax. A good massage. Thanks to a discount coupon acquired by our friend.
Yes, what I am talking about is the well known Wensha Spa. If you have not heard about it before, you can visit their website... http://www.wenshaspamanila.com/.
We took taxi to the location from Santana Grove because we are not familiar of the place. We paid 260.00 pesos that is $5.7. but for a detailed instruction on how to commute:

From any LRT station take a train going to Gil Puyat Station. Once there go down and walk towards the jeepney terminal in front of JAC Liner. Take the jeep going to Mall of Asia. The ride will pass by in front of Wensha Spa. Landmark is World Trade Centre which is at the other side of the street.

From any PNR station take a train going to PNR Buendia. Once there walk to the other side of Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue. Take a bus bound to Ayala-Leveriza-Baclaran (take note of the Leveriza-Baclaran) which will pass by in front of Wensha Spa.

From Cubao, Pasig and other places from EDSA going to Ayala take a bus bound to Ayala-Leveriza-Baclaran. Or you can take the taxi. It is close to Boom na Boom.

We took the package of Php. 780.00 or $18.00 package which is good for 6 hours stay. The package consist of 6 hours of unlimited use of Jacuzzi,  Spa, Sauna, Buffet, and a service that you want to (Foot Spa, Body Massage, Facial, etc).
You will be given a magnetic key to be used for the lockers. Too bad it is not allowed to take pictures in the locker area as well.
You will be given a huge towel and the robe, off course you are not allowed to use shirts on the sauna.
Slippers are provided.
The jacuzzi area is divided into 2. EXTREMELY COLD and HOT where you have to dip.
In Sauna,  you'll go to a room with thick hot air circulating in the room.
In Steam room, you'll sit down in a wooden chair and let yourself perspire.
Ice chest is provided inside with small tubs.
Get some and wipe it on your face/body while you're inside the Sauna/Steam.

After that we had our full body massage for one hour. Staff are friendly and talkative. We have known that they are not paid with regular salary but commission basis of 80.00 pesos per customer. I guess, they have to work this out. Tips are highly appreciated and there is a receipt for that that you have to pay when you check out.
To rate the service for the massage experience, I will rate it a 10. If ten is the highest.

We took our early dinner after the massage. Food comes in a buffet. Selection of barbeque, shabu shabu, pork stew, beef soup and pancit. They have ice cream for dessert.

A must try experience.
The only thing I can suggest is to sanitize more the slippers, keep the locker rooms tidier and hire more customer friendly staff.
